Helen & Charles London is a fast-growing online fashion brand, and we are currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity and enhance our online presence.
Responsibilities
Design attractive and user-friendly visual elements for our website, including banners, product images, and promotional content. Create marketing materials for multiple channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Improve the overall user experience through thoughtful, conversion-focused design. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and translate them into impactful visual content. Ensure brand consistency across all designs and adhere to established brand guidelines.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an e-commerce environment. Strong proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or similar tools. Excellent sense of aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams. A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.

Helen & Charles London is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and representing our brand in-store.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide professional, personalized advice on fashion and styling. Assist customers with selecting the right size and fit to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain an attractive store presentation and ensure products are displayed to a high standard. Support daily store operations, including restocking and handling transactions. Answer customer questions and deliver excellent service, both in-store and by phone.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail, preferably within the fashion industry. Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude. Passion for fashion, trends, and personal styling. Ability to provide tailored advice and build strong customer relationships. Flexibility to work varying hours in a dynamic retail environment.
